    Yes, after we ship out your order we will email you a tracking number.

    Please notify us immediately at sales@kilosearch.net, we will take care of the issue by sending you the missing item immediately.
  • Is there International Shipping?
    We only provide free shipping within the United States, any international shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept all major credit cards.
  • What are the payment options?
    We are not currently offering payment options.
  • What is the return policy?

  • Do I need to create an account to place/track my order?
    There's no need to open an account to place any orders and you will be provided a tracking number as soon as the item ships out.

    Taxes are already included in price for every product.
